This was an older home with a customized granite island that removed the need for a kitchen table. This was an update at the time, that was perfect for the seller, but proved to be an outdated element not easily changed for potential buyers. By providing on-trend furnishings to enhance and elevate the space, this ended up as a quick sale and a happy agent and seller.
