To add style and warmth to the main level, we introduced a mix of textures with the furnishings.
The basement in this space really called out for a casual, family-oriented appeal. We added multiple game areas that were also well-suited to entertaining
We created a rich study in the upstairs loft area, and took advantage of a nook in the corner of the Primary Bedroom to change things up with texture and seating, vs. storage furniture
OVerview
This luxury million-dollar property is a model home built by Classic Homes. This is the second Radford model we have staged for them in the past year. (You can see the first Radford here). The challenge of working with the same floor plan multiple times is creating a look that different, yet still compelling and fresh. Each property has different fixtures and finishes from the last, and it is our job to re-envision the space and create a different feel.
