Due to the very specific nature of the designer design choices already in place, our art and accessory selection was key to tie the look together.
Choosing furnishings with that wow factor helped downplay any concerns over condition.
Using a neutral pallet demonstrated to buyers that the customizations would not prevent their ability to work with the design choices already in place.

This lovely Western Loudoun home offered designer accents and lighting, but showed a bit of wear if you looked REALLY close. Our role was to pull the home together to create a look that allowed those customizations to shine and downplay concerns over condition. The resulting look was stylish and well thought out, resulting in a quick sale.
