What we did
Our clients started with a Staging Consultation to identify what updates were needed to bring the home up to date. These recommendations were sensitively done, respecting the vintage nature of the architecture.
Using luxurious, modern furnishings with a mid-century nod, we were able to enhance the appeal of this beautifully maintained mid-century home.
Space planning was of utmost importance due to the asymmetrical nature of the rooms. We used rugs and grouped seating to define each space in the open concept floor plan.
Drawing the eye of the buyer to the water-front views was a priority in the planning process.
